Support Center

Zentto includes an integrated support system where you can create tickets, track progress and receive responses from the technical team.

  1. Inside any module, click the help icon (?) in the top bar
  2. Select “Report a problem”
  3. Fill out the form:
    • Type: Bug, feature or question
    • Module: The module where the issue occurs
    • Title: Brief summary
    • Description: What’s happening
    • Severity: Critical, high, medium or low
  4. The ticket is created automatically and you’ll receive a tracking number

You can also create tickets directly in our support repository:

  1. Visit github.com/zentto-erp/zentto-support
  2. Click “New Issue”
  3. Select the request type:
    • 🐛 Report a bug — Something isn’t working
    • Request a feature — Suggest improvements
    • Question — Doubts about the system
