Zentto includes an integrated support system where you can create tickets, track progress and receive responses from the technical team.
How to create a ticket
Section titled “How to create a ticket”From the app
Section titled “From the app”- Inside any module, click the help icon (?) in the top bar
- Select “Report a problem”
- Fill out the form:
- Type: Bug, feature or question
- Module: The module where the issue occurs
- Title: Brief summary
- Description: What’s happening
- Severity: Critical, high, medium or low
- The ticket is created automatically and you’ll receive a tracking number
